ONE (SINGAPORE) is a Singapore registered society dedicated to raising public awareness and taking concrete actions to make poverty history.  It is inspired by the Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP), working towards the United Nations Millennium Declaration and the Millennium Development Goals.  ONE (SINGAPORE) is a 100% voluntary and unfunded organization comprising of concerned and inspired individuals who, "One by One by One", wish to do their part to "Make Poverty History".
 

ONE (SINGAPORE) has produced a "Click" video (www.onesingapore.org) using 14 Singaporean celebrities and is also organizing:

1. a seminar series and photo exhibit at the National Library
2. a book drive in conjunction with MTV Asia and Nickelodeon
3. a campaign called "IN FOCUS" to collect spectacles for the needy
